  • Electrical Transformers 30/5.5 kV

Study and Implementation of MV Protection Systems

  • Conducting a Selectivity Study.
  • Configuration of MV Protection Relays.
  • Verification of Trip Curves and Adaptation to Network Requirements.

 

Validation and Qualification of MV Equipment

MV Switchgear:

  • Dielectric insulation testing.
  • Functional testing of circuit breakers and switches.

MV Cables:

  • Insulation resistance testing.
  • Dielectric strength testing.

MV Motors:

  • Insulation resistance testing.
  • Ohmic resistance testing.

 

Complete Commissioning of the Transformer:

  • Installation and connection of the transformer.
  • Analysis, filling, and treatment of transformer oil.

 

Execution of Electrical Tests on the Transformer:

  • Measurement of the transformation ratio (Ratio Test).
  • Measurement of winding resistance.
  • Measurement of insulation resistance and polarization index.
  • Dielectric tests and power factor measurement (Tan Delta).
  • Short-circuit impedance measurement.
  • Measurement of no-load and load magnetizing current.

 

Connection of the 25 MW Turbo-Generator to the STEG Network.
